What have you seen recently?

Hey peeps, this is the first time I've ever used a forum of any kind. I was just wondering since this is a Terry Pratchett forum, if anyone has ever seen the utterly brilliant animated adaptation of Truckers? It was made in 1991 and ran on CITV (in Britain anyway)
I would appreciate some responses whether aware or unaware, I need to know as it's for a university assignment. Cheerybyes.

Well, Johnny Depp usually does good funnies and I like the bit where the sherriffs sign gets blasted and Rango says, "I stand corrected!"

When I was at uni I annoyed a load of people when I saw Eve's Bayou with a hacking cough!

Never forget seeing Hamlet with Sam West at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Speech went to a dramatic silence.....

"To be.."
cough cough cough
"or Not "
cough rasping cough cough
"to be!" flithy look thrown in direction of the consumptive!

That speech will always be punctuated by coughing!
I think several people around the coughee had a word and handed out suckee sweets! Cos it went very quiet until the interval!

I have it on DVD but it's not my favourite Spielberg, I think I have seen it twice. When (unless you haven't already, it's a 15 I don't know how sneaky you are) you watch Paul you will enjoy soooo many awesome references to Close Encounters!

It was huge fun! It's a really weird movie, but it's huge, beautiful technic and everything, really great!

Are you talking about Paul or Rango? It's usually 4 months, so I'd say June for Paul and July for Rango.

Paul looks good...but then again, once I'd discovered Hot Fuzz, I was hooked... I'll settle for Rango for now!

I found Hot Fuzz as a DVD in a charity shop and it was so bad that I took it back and got my money back.

You must be talking about disc quality, because the film is genius!

The film is wonderful. So clever and full of who's who in acting! Good actors too, not some also rans!
