When my cousins kids were young and I was visiting we went to the seaside I used to take them to watch Punch and Judy shows loved it,it brought back fond memories, when young I was at one and happened to be peeling a tangerine when the ghost came on I was screaming my head off it's behind you and lobbing lumps of the peel at the ghost. was'nt childhood great then if only you knew it . :)

One of the good thing about having kids is being able to go and see movies that you wouldn't dream of going to see alone.
YaYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

JUSTIN BEIBER....Never Say Never!

No.. I have NOT lost my mind but.... the 11yr old and I set out to see JB's movie tonight.... she was soooooooooooooo excited.... I had promised her this movie for trying really hard in her speech therapy lessons.... and she HAS been working SO hard..... We were paying for the tickets and I saw it was in 3D. H can't watch 3D.. she throws up and becomes very ill. We asked if they had it in 2D and they said no... she BURST into tears and sobbed and sobbed. Everyone in the queue was so upset for her but one attendant pulled up the internet and said another megaplex was showing it and maybe IT had the normal vision.

We jumped into the car, jumped on the freeway and raced over (please please please. YES! They had it in 2D!!!! So we got our tickets and waited for the theatre to open... so excited. Now this is Sunday night... after 7pm (school night) and everyone on earth wants to pay to see 3D.... WE HAD THE WHOLE THEATRE TO OURSELVES!!!!!!!!

So we could sing along!! (noone to complain) talk as much as we liked!! It was like our own personal viewing! We hugged, we cried, (well she did and I was so caught up in her excitement and seeing how thrilled she was I cried) we laughed.

So how was the movie? Its a Rock-umentary. This kid is so talented! He was playing drums on the kitchen stool in amazing beats at 2. He had perfect pitch at 5. He plays drums like a pro, piano, guitar. The way he ended up on youtube was so relatives and friends in another region could see him .... and it went viral. Music really is his lifeforce and seems to have been since dot.

He may seem like an overnight sensation but even after he was signed noone would play his music so he travelled to almost every radio station and got them to play his song. This young guy has worked HARD to get his following, and I have rarely seen this kind of commitment from professionals. And he has a really stable grounded family with his mum, and grandparents behind him BEING adults, and a whole lot of love.

As all the music executives and long time performers said in the movie; this is not a one hit wonder... this kid is here for the long haul.

I am officially a convert.

Damn! Just found out he is coming here for a tour in April 26. Tickets start at $95   Even if I could get it together....and I cannot justify $200 for tickets  does "Allocation Exhausted" mean sold out? It does huh.

Eat your words Bieber haters! I have no idea what he sounds like, but if you tell me he's talented I believe you. How nice that the attendant took the time to find it elsewhere for you. I don't know if that would happen here :(

Glad you had a good time.

I really enjoyed walking dead, even though it shamelessly used set pieces from 28 days later, dawn of the dead, and hot fuzz (that's right). It's got zombies, so I'm happy. Worried though that there might not be as many zombies in later episodes, with the odd soapy storyline being set up.

I am a bit unsure of whether to get into for feelins of Deja Vu. o_O

I went to see Sucker Punch. I looks really arty (Zack Snyder) and the music was excellent. BUT (possible spoiler) for some reason like in al other Zack Snyder movies the ending was really sad. and I was kid because only one person survives!! Except for that the movie was really cool. oh and HOT GIRLS
