As the title states.
Concidering inviting some friends this year for New Year's eve to celebrate Hogswatch. With a dinner of course.
Need to learn to cook the dishes first of course.
So, what to traditionally serve?

(what I can cook: medallion of pork fillet in cognacsauce, crispy roasted pork with mustard crust)

Boiled Ham joint in honey.

Peel one orange and one lemon and slice thinly. Use grater is posh.Add 6 black pepper corns. Place in water with the ham.
Ensure meat is covered with cold water.
Bring to boil and turn down to simmer until meat is cooked through.
Drain meat and discard stock.
Whilst meat is still warm, pour over honey of choice.
Grill until brown and georgeous.
Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables of your choice and there Must be tracklements.

Sorry I think I derailed things a bit.
Not at all - a sugar pig would be perfect for a Hogswatch feast - and very traditional. We've had sugar pigs from the Hogfather's assistant at Wincanton's Hogswatch celebrations. ;)
