I'm not so sure. I think that there's only one being capable of scaring the s*** out of the Borg. Two, if you count the Doctor.

Uh, no. It's considerably less mainstream than Happy Days. It's from an extremely funny fan-fic of Neon Genesis Evangelion called Nobody Dies. Specifically, that fan-fic's version of Rei Ayanami, who is basically a hyperactive Animaniac in the guise of a sixteen year old girl. Oh, and she loves using air vents. Especially to ambush people, with a cry of "Heee~eey..." Let's just say that she frightens everybody, even her friends.

But then again, the Fonz could probably weaponize his own coolness...

Speaking of the Fonz, and of Happy Days in general, isn't it ironic that the event that inspired the phrase 'jumped the shark' probably kept Happy Days going?
