yet another turtle/elephant question

Hi everyone,
I remember reading a line in a Discworld novel a couple of years ago (can't remember which one! ) which went something like, "All cultures seem to have a story that involves the world being held up by four elephants standing on a turtle". Can anyone point me to the right novel? I'm hoping to cite it in a blog post, and I'd like to get the exact wording (especially the "all cultures" bit), as well as the name of the book it's from.

You might want to try and get a copy of 'The Folklore of Discworld' by Terry Pratchett and Jacqueline Simpson as there a quite interesting section in there about this very subject.
